February 28, 2002--Jd hit a homerun today in the cardinals first spring training game of 2002, against the mets. The team had a 5-2 victory, and Andy Benes was the starting pitcher.
February 19, 2002--Jd will be able to play in the game against the Mets and he has been participating in the warmups.
February 18, 2002--Jd sprained his left ankle today in spring training. This is the same ankle that had been bothering him a lot last year, too.
